By using MarketRider you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Purchase Policy.
Entertainment service
MarketRider is a game. Market data, generated tracks, simulated returns, rankings and AI content are not investment, trading, tax or legal advice and do not predict future performance.
Accounts
Protect your device and linked accounts. Guest accounts may not be recoverable across devices. Game Center, Apple identity merge, switching and recovery are controlled by server verification. Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared or impersonated.
PRO auto-renewable subscriptions
The price and billing period shown by the App Store control. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple processes renewal before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings or through the in-app management link. Apple handles refund requests under its rules, and cancellation does not automatically refund a period that has already begun. See the Purchase Policy for details.
License and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal entertainment use. The app, characters, vehicles, resource packs, trademarks, code, designs and service data belong to us or our licensors. Except where law permits, you may not reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security, train on, redistribute or commercialize them.
User content
You retain rights in lawful content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license necessary to host, display, distribute, moderate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights required to post it.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
No cheating, automated score farming, purchase fraud, network interference, refund abuse, unlawful or infringing content, harassment, or circumvention of regional or age controls. We may verify runs, quarantine offline results, revoke anomalous entitlements and enforce the Community Guidelines.
Changes and availability
We may modify tracks, resources, events, prices and features for security, compliance, balance, operations or technical reasons. We aim to preserve verified entitlements and compatible replays, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent support for every legacy device.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risk, fraud, legal requirements or prolonged inactivity. Where practicable, we provide reasons and an appeal route; urgent safety action may be immediate.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant market data, third-party services, user content or uninterrupted availability. Limitations do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, personal-injury liability or intentional misconduct that cannot legally be excluded.
